Recruiting for several contract Business Analysts with experience of Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) systems.
The ideal Business Analyst – PAYG / Ticketing will have worked on ticketing, fares, and cEMV (contactless transit) projects, frequently within the transportation sector, such as rail. These roles focus on creating solution requirements for automated fare collection and payment systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defining technical requirements, analysing ticketing data, managing API lifecycles, and aligning business needs with technical payment implementations.
- Skills: Experience with cEMV (Contactless EMV), automated ticketing systems, and understanding revenue data.
- Rail PAYG Business Analyst: Focuses on ticket retail, revenue, and contactless gate systems.
