CRM Business Analyst

CRM Business Analyst / Up to £55,000 / Hybrid (once a fortnight) / Bolton / 12 Month FTC Robert Walters are working with an organisation looking to add an experienced BA to their team. The client is looking for someone with extensive CRM implementation experience (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics, Hubspot etc). Crucially, you will need to have excellent communication skills, working closely with non-technical stakeholders across the organisation.

CRM Business Analyst / Up to £55,000 / Hybrid (once a fortnight) / Bolton / 12 Month FTC

You will bring:

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst on complex CRM implementations (for example Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot)

• Familiarity with agile delivery approaches

• Experience supporting separate teams across multiple sites

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build collaborative, effective relationships across all organisational levels

As a Business Analyst, you will:

• Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for optimisation and continuous improvement

• Capture and document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for review and approval

• Update existing process maps and develop new process documentation where required

• Act as a subject matter expert for the chosen business solution

• Work closely with the project team to deliver the new CRM platform

• Serve as the key liaison between the Transformation Lead, internal IT teams, and third-party technical partners to strengthen solution design and challenge vendors where appropriate

• Evaluate design decisions against business case objectives to ensure expected outcomes are delivered

• Champion business process reengineering to maximise system performance and long-term organisational value

The role is a 12 Month FTC, offering between £45,000 - £55,000 dependant on experience, with only 1 day a fortnight required on site in Bolton. If you are interested, please apply below.
