BestX TCA- BA/PM

Capital Markets | Transaction Cost Analytics (TCA) We’re hiring a Project Manager / Business Analyst to join a BestX Product team, supporting the delivery a of a market-leading Transaction Cost Analytics (TCA) platform.

This role supports the Head of Product and sits at the intersection of product, technology and capital markets, with a strong focus on roadmap delivery and requirements management.

The role

• Support the Head of Product in managing the BestX product roadmap

• Own delivery across the full product lifecycle (requirements, build, test, release)

• Write clear business and functional requirements for new features and enhancements

• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure delivery to spec

• Test new functionality prior to production release

• Engage with sales teams to capture client requirements and feedback

• Identify delivery risks and manage mitigation plans

What we’re looking for

• Experience in at least one of these asset classes - fixed income, equities or FX (required)
• BestX experience or strong TCA platform experience (desired)

• Solid understanding of capital markets, trading workflows and execution analytics

• Experience in a PM, BA or hybrid PM/BA role within a product-led environment

• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into clear requirements

• Confident stakeholder management across product, technology and commercial teams

• Agile delivery experience (JIRA / Confluence a plus)
