Senior Business Analyst - Asset Management

Join a leading global investment management firm as a Senior Business Analyst and play a key role in delivering major corporate and regulatory change initiatives. Working within a high-profile transformation function, you’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders, shape business and technology solutions and help drive enterprise-wide change.

What you’ll do

• Lead business analysis across high-impact transformation and regulatory programmes.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable solutions.
• Own analysis deliverables from scoping and impact assessment through to process design, documentation, and implementation support.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts, contribute to best practice standards, and support line management where required.
• Collaborate with Project/Programme Managers on planning, solution design, resource needs, and delivery milestones.
• Partner with external vendors, support feasibility assessments, and assist with testing and readiness activities.

What you bring

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst delivering complex change within corporate, regulatory or enterprise-wide environments.
• Strong background in Asset Management
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders.
• Ability to mentor others, promote best practice, and contribute to a strong analysis community.
• Structured problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
