An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Business Analyst to join a leading financial institution in London, where you will play a pivotal role in transforming the Rates and Credit Fixed Income technology landscape.

As a Technical Business Analyst based in London, you will immerse yourself in the transformation of fixed income technology by developing innovative microservices that underpin essential trading operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams to create robust solutions that address complex business challenges. By engaging directly with stakeholders from various departments, you will ensure that every feature delivered aligns perfectly with business objectives while maintaining operational excellence. Your expertise will be crucial in designing scalable architectures using modern frameworks, deploying APIs efficiently, and integrating advanced database solutions.

What you bring:

• End-to-end Business Analysis experience.
• Front office projects experience or on a trading platform implementation would be beneficial.
• Proven experience working with microservice concepts and frameworks—particularly event-driven architectures—with a keen interest in deepening your expertise in this area.
• Demonstrated ability to design, build, and deploy RESTful APIs as well as event-driven interfaces; foundational knowledge of SQL and relational database design is essential.
• Awareness of user interface constraints coupled with hands-on experience using React and Typescript is considered beneficial but not mandatory.
