FX Business Analyst -12 month contract

A leading Custodian Bank is seeking an experienced FX Business Analyst to join their London FX Connect product team to support the bank's EU MTF offering for an initial 12 month contract.

Your Role:
As an FX Business Analyst, you will be at the forefront of our client's operations, serving as a subject matter expert for their core trading FX Connect/MTF platform programme. Your role will involve conducting comprehensive requirements gathering and analysis for the product's regulatory, business, and data needs within the EU. You will also be responsible for documenting new product features, release notes, and user guides for both internal and external clients. A key aspect of your role will be collaborating closely with UK and EU regulatory teams to meet all current and future regulatory requirements. Your ability to cultivate relationships with key internal stakeholders and business partners will be crucial in managing assignments for the regulated FX Connect MTF platform. Furthermore, you will partner with technology teams to ensure high-quality, timely software delivery.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for the core FX Connect/MTF trading platform
• Conduct requirements gathering and analysis for the product’s regulatory, business and data needs in the EU
• Document new product features, release notes, and user guides for both internal and external clients
• Work closely with the UK and EU regulatory teams to satisfy all existing and upcoming regulatory requirements
• Cultivate relationships with key internal stakeholders and business partners
• Manage and oversee assignments for the regulated
• Partner with the technology teams to ensure high quality and timely software delivery

What you bring:

• The ideal candidate will have proven Business Analyst experience gained in a global bank and subject matter knowledge in foreign exchange (FX) and related markets
• Experience working in a high performing and dynamic environment
• Experience working with financial services regulations such as EMIR, MIFIR and MIFID2
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essentail for this role
