Business Analyst

Join our client, a leading Investment Management firm, as a Business Analyst supporting their European Growth delivery plan for 2025. This London-based role offers the opportunity to collaborate with Distribution, Marketing, and Sales teams, focusing on CRM system implementation and enhancements. You'll work in a hybrid capacity, with 2 days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with teams to implement and enhance CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Build strong relationships across all levels of seniority.
  • Drive operational and process changes to improve efficiency.
  • Document requirements using JIRA and model business processes with BPMN.
  • Deliver operating model changes in line with organizational needs.

Skillset and Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst working within Investment or Asset Management
  • Demonstrated expertise in working with CRM systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders across various levels
  • Proficiency with JIRA and BPMN for process modeling
