Business Analyst - Regulatory Change

A leading Investment Management firm is seeking a Business Analyst to join their London team and support a high-profile regulatory change initiative. Focused on sustainability financial disclosures, this role offers the chance to work closely with senior stakeholders, define business requirements, and deliver functional and technical solutions in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture and align business requirements with regulatory needs.
  • Document current and target state processes.
  • Perform process mapping, impact assessments, and gap analysis.
  • Collaborate with technology and solution architects.

Skillset and Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within Investment Management or Investment Banking on large-scale regulatory change initiatives.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of delivering results in collaborative environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of ESG, Sustainability Disclosure, CSRD or ISSB
