Process Business Analyst

Our client, a leading asset management firm, is seeking a Business Analyst for their Change & Transformation team. This role enhances performance by driving efficiency and improving processes. The successful candidate will work with teams to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions in a complex environment.

This is an initial 6-month contract, with potential for extension, offering hybrid work in central London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse existing processes to identify inefficiencies and design improvements.
  • Develop and implement strategies for process enhancement, considering operational and technological solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation.
  • Use data analysis tools to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and adjust process improvement initiatives as needed.

Skillset and Requirements:

  • Experience in process and systems change within the regulated Financial Services sector; knowledge of pensions and investments accounting is a plus.
  • Proven track record in business process reengineering or improvement roles.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools.
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement frameworks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
