An excellent opportunity has arisen for a successful interior Contracts Manager with experience in the installation fit out industry to manage multi-million pound high spec Fit Out projects in the UK based at their head office in Greater Manchester
Duties to include
#Managing, motivating and communicating to site teams on multiple projects.
#Cost control of projects, minimising costs and maximising production.
#Liaising with Estimating and Surveying Departments to ensure commercial viability of projects.
#Taking active role in Supply Chain Management
#Ensuring relationships are developed with subcontractors.
#Ensuring compliance with health & safety requirements are met.
#Able to demonstrate a proven track record in completing fit out projects to tight time scales and deadlines
#Have a high level of Health & Safety Awareness
#Experienced in all aspects of fit out Construction from commercial and educational build projects.
#Experienced in operating in a disciplined, professional way using the company's various Management Systems.
#IT literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
