My client, an internationally leading technology enterprise based in Birmingham, who offer market leading service to their customers and million pounds worth in investment towards research and development, are looking for an experienced and driven Business Change Analyst who is looking for their next career challenge.

Role Type: Permanent

Location: Birmingham

Working: Hybrid – 3 Days in Office

Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 per annum depending on experience

Experience Required: Business Change Analysis

Duties of the Business Analyst:

As an experienced, Business Analyst you will form part of the newly established team within the Commercial function of the organisation. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of business change and IT solutions across the organisation through requirement gathering, producing business analysis documents, and undertaking data analysis to establish new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report to key stakeholders regarding the progress of projects across the commercial portfolio
• Analyse the effectiveness of the territory, and customer accounts whilst identifying opportunities for improvement
• Design potential solutions to any challenges identified across the portfolio of projects.
• Undertake data analysis to recognise new opportunities that could create value for customers whilst creating solutions to carry these plans out
• Define and document requirements to appropriate company standards
• Working closely with the business to plan and deliver projects in order to implement a larger change transformation

Requirements of the Business Analyst:

• The ideal candidate would have experience of working in Business Change Analysis roles for 4+ years
• Regulatory change experience
• Experienced in mentoring other members of the team
• Strong communication skills
• Previous evidence of stakeholder management is essential.
