This AGILE Change Manager position is focused on the delivery of a portfolio of projects and/or programmes for a leading Retail banking business and also to act as Relationship Manager into both Business and IT. Based in London, the role holder will shape, lead, direct and control the delivery of complex, high risk and/or cross functional programmes utilising the AGILE Change methodology.
We seeking profiles of candidates with proven backgrounds delivering complex, AGILE programmes and projects, across both IT and Business, ideally within Retail or Corporate banking.

You require the skills of a AGILE Change Manager able to manage diverse group of senior stakeholders (typically Senior Executive’s Heads of Function) and influence strategic decision making and drive deliverable to meet business goals/ realise benefits. You will need to provide leadership to other Project professionals, develop your colleagues, provide feedback and coaching.
