Quality Coordinator

Overview

Robert Walters is partnering with a leading organisation to appoint a Quality Coordinator. This role provides vital operational support across internal audits, compliance monitoring, and assurance activities. It is well‑suited to an organised, detail‑driven individual who enjoys maintaining structure, accuracy, and governance within a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support delivery of the internal audit programme across projects and business functions.
  • Assist in gathering, organising, and preparing evidence for internal and external audits.
  • Track non‑conformities, corrective actions, and follow‑up activity through to closure.
  • Maintain accurate audit logs, records, templates, and documentation within the Integrated Management System (IMS).
  • Produce routine quality and compliance reports, dashboards, and summaries.
  • Manage audit scheduling, communications, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Support continuous improvement of quality and compliance processes and documentation.
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to maintain continuity of audit and compliance activity.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Experience in an administrative, coordination, or support‑focused role within quality, compliance, audit, or governance.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Experience tracking actions or issues through to completion.
  • Competent in producing clear, structured reports using standard office tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively with varied stakeholders.

Desirable:

  • Experience supporting internal or external audits.
  • Familiarity with IMS or quality management frameworks.
  • Background in a regulated, compliance-led, or assurance-based environment.

Qualifications

  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (desirable).
  • Relevant administrative, quality, or compliance training.
  • Willingness to undertake further professional development.
