Global Supply Chain Director

We are seeking an experienced Global Planning & Supply Chain Director to lead end‑to‑end planning, logistics, and operational supply chain for a rapidly expanding international organisation in the healthcare sector. This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands‑on leader with a strong background in FMCG or Healthcare related supply chains.

• Lead global integrated operations, across demand, supply, inventory, and logistics.
• Translate commercial forecasts into executable supply and shipment plans.
• Drive structured, execution across manufacturing and distribution.
• Oversee global logistics operations and manage 3PL/4PL partners, ensuring service performance and cost efficiency.
• Apply tailored supply chain approaches for both consumables and capital equipment.
• Build operational dashboards and performance reporting.
• Lead supply chain integration following M&A activity, rationalising systems and embedding clear global SOPs.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Commercial, Manufacturing, Finance, Quality, and Regulatory teams.
• Support global product launches and new market expansions.

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record in global supply chain, operations, or logistics.
• Background in healthcare, FMCG, consumer health, Medical Device industry.
• Strong experience in global logistics and third‑party provider management.
• Demonstrated capability in post‑M&A integration and systems harmonisation.
• Ability to manage both consumables and capital equipment supply chains.
• Highly organised, analytical, and execution‑driven.
