Robert Walters is partnering with a leading supply chain and logistics provider to recruit an experienced Supply Chain SAP Key User to join their Control Tower operations team in Birmingham. This is a pivotal role supporting warehouse operations and customer integration through SAP systems, offering a blend of technical problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.
Supply Chain SAP Key User
Location: Birmingham (Hams Hall)
Salary: £32k
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week (rotating shifts: 06:00–14:30 / 13:30–22:00)

Robert Walters is working with a leading logistics and supply chain organisation to recruit a SAP Key User to support Control Tower operations at a major Midlands site. This role is central to ensuring customer requirements are accurately reflected in SAP, supporting warehouse operations, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Test SAP solutions to ensure they meet operational and customer needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
- Liaise with customers to understand requirements and translate them into SAP functionality.
- Manage inventory processes including cycle counting and stock control.
- Analyse system data to identify and implement improvements.
- Support onboarding of new customers into the warehouse system.
- Maintain and report on test matrices for system changes.
- Collaborate with international SAP teams to ensure system alignment.
- Provide operational support to warehouse teams.
- Deliver training and development for SAP support staff.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across client operations.
Candidate Profile
- Experience as a SAP Key User in an ERP environment.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP WMS, Power BI, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Proven ability to liaise with customers and resolve system-related issues.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
