What you'll do:
As a Quality Technician, you will play a crucial role in supervising Quality Assurance for arising production issues. You will be responsible for conducting detailed investigations and implementing continuous improvement plans. Your role will also involve strategic supervision of all inspection resources, ensuring that inspection strategies are efficient, and accreditations are adhered to. Additionally, you will assist in managing the inspection budget and participate in internal and external audits.
- Supervise Quality Assurance activities ensuring final products meet customer requirements
- Oversee the ongoing improvement of in-house manufacturing operations
- Strategically supervise all inspection resources
- Ensure inspection strategies are efficient and accreditation's are adhered to
- Assist in managing the inspection budget
- Conduct in-production and final inspection of manufactured parts as required
- Control and manage internal and external rejects
- Participate in internal and external audits
