A global blue chip business based in Anglesey with a hybid working model are looking for a Projects & Change Manager to join their team. As Projects & Change Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of key projects across the business using CI methodologies to drive best practice. This role requires excellent stakeholder engagement skills and someone with a proven track record in driving change in a positive manner.

About the role:

• Handling basic change management tasks like maintaining regular updates and following a controlled process for making changes
• Leading activities to identify new continuous improvement initiatives, trying to find ways to make them work well across different platforms and customers
• Assist in reviewing and documenting changes effectively, then presenting to Senior Leadership and interested stakeholders
• Seek out, share and use best practices to enhance the effectiveness of the transformation portfolio
• Apply business change principles to encourage a positive attitude toward change in the workplace culture

About the person:

• Project Management qualification such as Prince2, APM ect, or equivalent experience would be highly desirable
• Deep and detailed change management and continuous improvement experience
• Experience in managing risks and opportunities related to change management
• Excellent analytical skills, including gathering data for decision making and problem solving
