IBP Specialist

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global business who lead the way with their product and service to customer. Due to an exciting development within the Supply Chain there is a role available through growth to part of the IBP rollout.

To support the development and execution of the UK & Ireland IBP process, in line with Global strategy and IBP ambitions. To ensure connection role between the IBP process and S&OE process.

• To support IBP development in line with defined strategy and goals (road map, tools, processes, and materials)

• To support strong IBP execution, hence balancing and risk mitigation of UK & Ireland annual revenue of approx. £250M

• Drive the financial reconciliation step (define risks, establish scenarios, recommendations, and material for MBRs)

• Act as connector role between IBP process and S&OE process to ensure exchange of info impacting Financial Reconciliation

• Play a key role in the IBP Process driving continuous improvement in line with Strategy and goals E.g. tools, processes and materials
• Assist in the Demand Manager in the collation of the forecast
• Build, maintain and develop relationships with all major stakeholders and input providers

• Act as connector role between IBP process and S&OE process to ensure exchange of info impacting Financial Reconciliation

Experience and Skills Required:

• Significant IBP process knowledge and experience of End-2-End processes

• General understanding of business processes linked to manufacturing companies

• Sound commercial awareness and understanding

• System knowledge and experience with SAP ERP system (SAP R/3, APO SNP)
