A leading food manufacturing business based in the North Wales area are looking to recruit an Export Coordinator to join their team for a fantastic opportunity. As Export Coordinator you will be responsible for processing customer orders, working closely with supply chain, production and logistics teams to ensure orders are fulfilled OTIF, ensure the correct documentation is raised for export processes and be the main point of contact for the customer from receipt through to delivery. This is a 12 month contract initially with the potential to be extended or go permanent.

About the role:

  • Organise and progress customer deliveries via suppliers or ex-warehouses whilst incorporating compliance guidelines - including intercompany activities
  • Engage with supply chain to assess product availability
  • Organsie quotes from approved hauliers for global sales
  • Manage and process despatches of orders from approved warehouses and suppliers
  • Monitor orders and ensure
  • Ensure correct documentation is raised against each order

About the person:

  • Available for an imminent start
  • Strong experience working within a customer service environment within a manufacturing organisation, must have export experience and a good understanding of transport management and warehousing sales processing
  • Chemicals experience would be advantageous
  • Customer centric mindset with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ideally degree qualified or overseas equivalent
