An established manufacturing business is looking to recruit a Procurement Operations Co-Ordinator to join its busy supply chain team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with procurement, supply chain or operations experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations.
Working closely with the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating procurement activities, managing supplier relationships and ensuring materials are available to support production schedules.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing supplier relationships across the UK, Europe, USA and Asia
• Coordinating inbound logistics and freight with multiple providers
• Monitoring stock levels and aligning supply with production demand
• Supporting production planning and scheduling with the manufacturing team
• Maintaining accurate Bills of Materials and procurement data within the ERP system
• Working cross-functionally with sales, warehouse, customer service and finance teams
Skills & Experience

Previous experience in procurement, supply chain, purchasing or operations

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Excellent numerical and analytical ability

High level of attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
