Senior Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist to lead a procurement team and deliver strategic value across major projects. You’ll work closely with stakeholders and suppliers to develop effective procurement strategies, ensure commercial and contractual compliance, and build a strong, resilient supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team.

• Drive cross-functional collaboration to meet cost, quality and schedule targets.

• Develop and execute project procurement strategies and sourcing plans.

• Build strong stakeholder and supplier relationships.

• Manage tendering, supplier evaluation and contract administration.

• Mitigate commercial and supply chain risks.

• Monitor performance and support continuous improvement.

About You

• Degree-qualified or equivalent experience; CIPS membership desirable.

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and influencing skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver robust procurement plans.

• Skilled in risk management, commercial oversight and supplier performance monitoring.
