Job Title: Procurement Administrator (12-Month FTC) – Global Manufacturer Location: Near Chester Salary: Equivalent to £22,000 - £30,000 per annum Contract: 12-Temporary Term (Maternity Cover) Are you an experienced Procurement Administrator with SAP experience looking for your next opportunity? We’re recruiting for a 12-month fixed-term contract with a global manufacturing leader based near Chester.
As a Procurement Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the procurement team by managing SAP procurement processes, supplier coordination, and administrative tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a global manufacturing environment while contributing to efficient supply chain operations.
Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records in SAP
Liaise with suppliers to track deliveries, resolve queries, and maintain strong relationships
Support procurement team with administrative tasks, data entry, and reporting
Assist with invoice matching, pricing discrepancies, and procurement documentation
🔹 Experience in procurement administration within a manufacturing or supply chain environment
🔹 Proficiency in SAP – essential for this role
🔹 Strong administrative, organisational, and data management skills
🔹 Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
🔹 Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
