Sourcing Manager - IT / Technology (Procurement)

Are you a seasoned procurement professional with a passion for technology? We’re seeking a Technology Procurement Category Manager to join our financial services client. If you have a strong background in IT/Technology category management, thrive in a complex environment, and possess excellent negotiation skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage IT/Technology procurement strategies and initiatives.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers in a regulated environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, engaging and influencing them effectively.
  • Navigate complex and sometimes chaotic scenarios to achieve optimal results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT/Technology category management.
  • Strong sourcing experience in a regulated environment.
  • Exceptional commercial and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.

What's On Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £60,000-£65,000.

  • Hybrid working model: 2 days per week in one of the offices.
