Procurement Analyst

An exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to join an amazing cosmetics brand in London. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing supplier relationships, analyzing procurement data, and supporting purchasing strategies to enhance cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and supplier performance.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.
  • Conduct market research to evaluate potential suppliers and their capabilities.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on procurement activities and recommendations for management.
  • Support negotiations with suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in demand forecasting to optimise purchasing decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices and market trends is a plus.

** Please note, you must obtain full RTW in the UK and be commutable to London twice a week **
