Responsibilities: • Assess supply chain and suppliers capability to meet current and future delivery. • Handle a portfolio of suppliers on a day to day basis – project performance and supply chain risks. • Identify, Advance and mitigate potential Supply Chain Risks and put in place associated improvement and mitigation plans. • Assist in supply chain excellence improvements.
About you: • Experience of Supplier Development in Aerospace, Defence or Manufacturing environments. • Demonstrated ability to improve Supplier Performance. • Excellent problem solving skills.

The role will require production and negotiation of all contractual documentation which will flow down to Supply Chain Partners ensuring that business moves as usual.

The role also involves negotiating contracts and communicating changes and budgetary matters with other departments.
