Property Portfolio Manager Salary: Competitive and based on experience Location: Birmingham, London, Manchester Keywords: Property Management, Real Estate, Capital Projects, Budget Management, Lease Portfolio Administration Our client is seeking a Property Portfolio Manager to join their nationwide based team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of properties across the UK and internationally. The successful candidate will be responsible for real estate, capital projects, operations, budget management, lease portfolio administration and general support for the Head of Property & Facilities. This is a multifaceted role that requires excellent relationship management, communication skills, and attention to detail.
What you'll do:
As a Property Portfolio Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our client's diverse property portfolio. Your responsibilities will span across real estate, capital projects, operations, budget management, lease portfolio administration and general support for the Head of Property & Facilities. You will actively participate in the selection, evaluation, acquisition, occupation, management and/or disposition of office spaces. Your ability to develop strategies for the Real Estate portfolio will be key in this role. You will also collaborate with Senior Leadership and external consultants on strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate for the Property Portfolio Manager position brings a unique blend of skills and experience. You have an ability to balance short term operational delivery with medium to long-term strategic planning. Your excellent relationship management and communication skills enable you to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. You possess great planning, prioritisation, and organisation skills which allow you to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Your professional conduct and ability to manage sensitive/confidential information is commendable.
