LEAN Manager

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a global business based in central Manchester as a LEAN Manager. As Lean Manager you will contribute to the development, implementation, and harmonisation of LEAN across Northern Europe. The business offers an amazing benefits package and hybrid working!

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and drive the business on LEAN projects along the Value Chain with strong business impacts on global level KPI improvements.

• Develop and align LEAN road maps, ensuring the implementation of agreed targets.

• Monitoring, auditing, and tracking the delivery of LEAN across the value stream to continuously improve processed and performance.

• Embed practices and process standards whilst developing LEAN tools and trigger implementation.

• Support the organisation’s members to develop a LEAN mind-set.

About you:

• Ideally Degree qualified.

• Expertise in LEAN methods including SFM, 5S, Value Stream Analysis.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills.

• LEAN qualification (Six sigma greenbelt, LCS accreditation) would be beneficial.

• Project and business process management experience.
