Main Purpose of the role * The Account Director will be responsible for the management and development of relationships with key partners and stakeholders. * Development and execution of strategic account plans, and campaign management to achieve performance targets, * Account management of key partners, managing audit, governance and control requirements * Identify and realising opportunities for growth that are aligned to the companies strategic execution plan. Manage the on-boarding of new partners and line management responsibility for an account executive.
Experience in a similar strategic account management role within the Insurance and/or financial services industry.
High commercial acumen; able to construct compelling commercial propositions
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing at all levels.
Strong relationship builder and networker both internally and externally, with excellent stakeholder management skills, credible and engaging at all levels.
First line management experience with a strong background in developing people.
Detailed campaign management skills to achieve business objectives in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining high standards of work quality and customer care.
