We’re looking for a hands-on Transport FLM to lead drivers and admin teams, ensuring safety, compliance, and excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan routes and daily drops
- Monitor driver hours and legal compliance
- Liaise with warehouse for accurate, timely loading
- Drive cost control and continuous improvement
- Lead and engage your team to hit KPIs
About You:
- Experience in transport planning and operations
- Knowledge of transport legislation and driver hours
- Familiar with digital transport systems (Microlise, Paragon, etc.)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Transport Manager CPC (desirable)
