Continuous Improvement Manager

Location: Birmingham
Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Robert Walters is partnering with a leading logistics and supply chain organisation to recruit a Continuous Improvement Manager for their Birmingham site. This is a pivotal role focused on driving operational excellence through data-led process improvements and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and client operations.
• Analyse operational data to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
• Implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the site.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed best practices and automation.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders to support strategic decisions.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in a continuous improvement or operational excellence role, ideally within logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Commercially astute with the ability to balance operational detail with business priorities.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is highly advantageous.
