This is a fantastic opportunity for a logistics professional with a strong background in air freight and transport scheduling to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage vehicle movements for import collections and export deliveries.
• Coordinate temperature-controlled collections under GDP compliance.
• Ensure full adherence to DVSA, WTD, and UK transport legislation.
• Communicate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
• Support operational excellence and legal compliance within the transport team.
• Maintain high standards of aviation security and health & safety.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in transport scheduling, ideally within air freight.
• Strong working knowledge of Heathrow operations and GHA handling requirements.
• Familiarity with Aviation Security regulations and GDP compliance.
• Proficient in transport management systems and MS Office.
• Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Able to provide a 5-year checkable work history and pass a CRB check.
