Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic Operations Implementations Manager to join their team. This role sits at the heart of an exciting and complex transformation programme that spans almost the entire business, ensuring they have the most efficient processes, organisation, and systems in place for future growth and innovations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in changing the way they do business, providing customers with a new and enhanced platform. This is a unique opportunity to make a difference at the centre of health, improving lives everywhere.
What you'll do:
As an Operations Implementations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day implementation of operational activities at site. You will be responsible for preparing for the implementation and cutover to new ways of working through the delivery and ongoing development of the Operations Readiness Playbook. Your role will involve close liaison with Site & Project teams to ensure delivery. You will also be accountable for delivering the Physical Site Preparation Workstream section of the Playbook.
