Key Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial and compliance aspects of the Total FM PFI contract.
• Provide expert guidance on contractual obligations and risks.
• Oversee subcontractor relationships and procurement processes.
• Produce detailed financial reports to ensure transparency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver value-for-money solutions.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience managing large-scale FM contracts (PFI preferred).
• Professional qualifications (CIPS/RICS) or working towards them.
• Strong commercial acumen and proficiency in CAFM systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
