A leading US law firm based in London is looking to bring on board a European Marketing & Business Development Executive to drive innitiatives across Europe.
About the role:
The successful European Marketing & Business Development Executive will advise and support the firm’s lawyers and advisors in their business development, client relations, and media efforts, including assisting on achieving practice group business objectives, planning, and strategic development, client pitches, and thought leadership projects. In addition, this role will help identify and implement initiatives that increase our market visibility and brand recognition in key target markets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Create and draft well written, targeted pitches, proposals and RFPs in conjunction with Head of London Marketing
- Manage the distribution of external marketing communications such as e-alerts and brochures
- Identify and compile research on new business targets for the practice groups
- Develop and execute event plans - from in-house lunch meetings and seminars to large scale external conferences - working within the broader European Marketing team, to achieve stated industry group, practice group, and individual goals
The European Marketing & Business Development Executive will have previous experience working in a similar type marketing & business development role from the legal or wider professional services space. The ability to work autonomously and in a team is a must as is excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage partner expectations.
