An exciting opportunity has arisen for a data-driven, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Database Campaign Manager. This role offers the chance to build and deliver targeted marketing activity, managing the end-to-end data process from database selections and data extraction, to campaign evaluation. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment with up to three days of working from home per week. The role is based in Salford Quays, Manchester and offers a competitive salary ranging from £34,000 - £42,500 depending on experience.

What you'll do:

As a Database Campaign Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategy through data-driven insights. You will be responsible for delivering effective new sales and marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Your role will involve working closely with the Senior Campaign Analyst and other key stakeholders to develop customer-centric campaigns that drive engagement and ROI. You will also be tasked with managing the day-to-day operational 'suppression' criteria to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a strong focus on delivering results.

* Deliver effective new sales and marketing campaigns.

* Work closely with the Senior Campaign Analyst and relevant stakeholders to shape the contact strategy, developing customer-centric campaigns.

* Improve ROI of campaigns using available targeting and segmentation tools to best effect.

* Deliver data requests for research and service purposes.

* Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness, ensuring results are communicated openly and honestly.

* Manage the day-to-day operational “suppression” criteria to ensure compliance with data protection legislation, customer preferences, MPS and TPS, and internal suppression criteria.

* Identify and implement process efficiencies.

* Ensure all campaign documentation is completed and deliver 100% compliance in the monthly audits.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Database Campaign Manager position will bring significant commercial experience of delivering marketing campaigns in a data environment. You should have hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign or similar campaign management systems. A strong understanding of databases, with direct experience of query tools, SQL, SAS within a marketing context is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively are also key to success in this role. Lastly, we value candidates who demonstrate strong commercial awareness and a customer-focused approach.

* Proven commercial experience of delivering marketing campaigns in a data environment.

* Experience with Adobe Campaign or similar campaign management system.

* Understanding of databases, with direct experience of query tools, SQL, SAS within a marketing context.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skill and a keen eye for detail.

* Credible, influential communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Strong commercial awareness and customer focus.
