The Role
You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of customer briefings and executive meetings, managing multiple engagements at once in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
This is a hands-on, highly visible role where attention to detail, organisation, and the ability to stay calm under pressure are critical.
Responsibilities:
- Managing full lifecycle briefing logistics from planning through to execution
- Coordinating schedules, room setups, catering, security, and on-site operations
- Preparing briefing environments (materials, agendas, name badges, room readiness) Acting as the on-the-day lead to ensure sessions run seamlessly
- Managing catering operations, vendor relationships, and service quality
- Overseeing guest access, security processes, and arrival coordination
- Maintaining inventory and ensuring spaces are consistently client-ready
- Supporting internal processes and contributing to continuous improvement
Candidate Criteria:
- Strong background in events, hospitality, or customer briefing environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Professional and confident communicator, comfortable with senior stakeholders
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Able to work independently while collaborating across teams
- Strong working knowledge of tools like MS Teams, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
