The Opportunity

This is a chance to join a global, market-leading technology business, delivering high-impact customer briefings that directly influence sales, partnerships, and strategic relationships.

These briefings aren’t standard meetings - they’re carefully curated experiences designed to move deals forward and create meaningful engagement with senior stakeholders. You’ll play a key role in making sure every interaction lands flawlessly.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of customer briefings and executive meetings, managing multiple engagements at once in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

This is a hands-on, highly visible role where attention to detail, organisation, and the ability to stay calm under pressure are critical.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing full lifecycle briefing logistics from planning through to execution
  • Coordinating schedules, room setups, catering, security, and on-site operations
  • Preparing briefing environments (materials, agendas, name badges, room readiness) Acting as the on-the-day lead to ensure sessions run seamlessly
  • Managing catering operations, vendor relationships, and service quality
  • Overseeing guest access, security processes, and arrival coordination
  • Maintaining inventory and ensuring spaces are consistently client-ready
  • Supporting internal processes and contributing to continuous improvement

Candidate Criteria:

  • Strong background in events, hospitality, or customer briefing environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Professional and confident communicator, comfortable with senior stakeholders
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Able to work independently while collaborating across teams
  • Strong working knowledge of tools like MS Teams, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
