MARKETING EXECUTIVE Salary: Competitive Location: Birmingham, Hybird Job Type: Full time, Permanent

We’re looking for a proactive Marketing & Communications Executive to help deliver smart, creative and insight-driven campaigns across professional services. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and wider team to bring sector plans to life—through content, digital activity, events, and always-on marketing. If you love variety, pace, and plenty of creative problem‑solving, this role offers all that and more.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver multi‑channel campaigns that support sector plans, using strong messaging, engaging content, and consistent branding.
  • Create and maintain high-quality digital content—web, intranet, blogs, emails, and social media—optimised for performance.
  • Manage day‑to‑day digital activity including email marketing, LinkedIn and Instagram scheduling, SEO, PPC, and analytics reporting.
  • Coordinate webinars, events and sponsorship activity from concept to follow‑up, tracking engagement and outcomes.
  • Keep mailing lists accurate, produce clear dashboards, and share insights to inform better decision-making.
  • Work confidently with agencies and suppliers, ensuring smooth delivery, strong output, and budget alignment.
  • Support internal communications and collaborate across teams to share ideas and improve processes.
  • Prioritise multiple projects, stay organised, and deliver high-quality work as part of regular BAU activity.

The Right Candidate:

  • Around three years’ marketing experience, ideally backed by a marketing degree or CIM qualification.
  • Skilled in delivering integrated campaigns and crafting tailored, audience‑focused content.
  • Confident across digital marketing—email, social, analytics, SEO, PPC—with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong writer, clear communicator, and natural collaborator.
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable juggling competing priorities.
  • Creative, proactive, and ready to get stuck in—bringing new ideas and a test‑and‑learn mindset.
  • Experienced in working with suppliers and managing budgets.
  • Familiarity with marketing in a professional services environment is a real advantage.
