Role responsibilities:

  • You’ll support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across paid media, email, website, content, social and print. Working closely with Marketing Managers, creatives, media partners and production teams, you’ll help ensure campaigns run smoothly, on time and to a premium standard.
  • With a major auction coming up in March and a busy calendar throughout the year, this is a fast-paced, hands-on role that will give you exposure to real, commercial, globally visible campaigns.
  • You’ll coordinate assets, track timelines, gather feedback and support the production of marketing materials across multiple channels. You’ll liaise with publications, printers and other external suppliers, help manage budgets, raise purchase orders and support invoice processing.
  • You’ll also assist with campaign reporting, competitor tracking and internal updates — playing a key role in keeping the team organised and informed.

Candidate criteria:

  • This role suits someone with 2+ years’ experience in marketing who is organised, detail-driven and confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A genuine interest in art, culture or the luxury sector is essential, and experience from a premium consumer brand (fashion, beauty or lifestyle) would be highly attractive.
  • They’re looking for someone proactive, helpful and enthusiastic — someone who enjoys being part of a team and takes pride in getting things done well.

What’s on offer:

  • £28,000 – £32,000 salary
  • Hybrid working (typically 3 days a week in the office, with some flexibility)
  • Exposure to globally recognised, high-profile campaigns
  • A supportive, passionate and high-performing marketing team
  • A standout opportunity for someone who wants to work with a world-class art and luxury brand, working on campaigns that genuinely shape how culture is sold to the world.
