About the Role

Are you a strategic eCommerce leader ready to shape the future of online retail for a global consumer brand? We’re looking for a Head of eCommerce to drive digital growth, optimise online channels, and lead a high-performing team from our Manchester base.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute a market-leading eCommerce strategy across marketplaces and brand websites.
• Manage online platforms, pricing, promotions, and partner relationships.
• Set and monitor KPIs, using data analytics to optimise conversion, revenue, and retention.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and UX teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Identify new digital sales channels and growth opportunities.
• Lead and mentor a dedicated eCommerce team, ensuring alignment with global objectives.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years’ experience in eCommerce or digital sales, including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, and performance metrics.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and conversion optimisation.
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM, PPC, affiliate, and email marketing.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
