Job description

A fantastic, no-nonsense organisation is growing at a rapid rate. Due to this they are now implementing a marketing division into the business. What they are looking for is a real “go getter” who is going to come in and transform this brand new division.

The role has multiple perks such as:

• 28 days holiday + bank holidays (36 days), Birthday off, Christmas closure (No holiday entitlement used), 43 days holiday in total, weekly pay (No waiting until the end of the month) and remote working!
• £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
• Yearly & Performance bonus
• Remote – Ideally close to Leeds or Nottingham if needing to attend the office
• Permanent, full time

Job duties:

• Collaborate with our director, and small marketing team to develop and implement current and new strategies.
• Work closely with and manage our part-time marketing assistant in developing and progressing our graphic design and marketing material.
• Utilise CANVA & Adobe Illustrator for design of on brand company material.
• Work on and develop our company websites managing changes, updates, design and content.
• Identify new client opportunities and implement a marketing strategy to engage and captivate the market.
• Work with the current director on campaigns and marketing of current clients.
• Manage and provide analysis report of our google analytics.
• Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Utilise CANVA & CRM system to maintain accurate records.
• Identify and organise promotional events and campaigns.
• Attend various trade shows and award ceremonies with colleagues.
