Purpose of role: This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key marketing copywriting role. You will have the opportunity to unleash your creative spirit and drive targeted, creative content via multiple distribution channels, including web, app, email and social. A background in financial services would be useful, and you must be able to work well in a team, so experience of collaborating with designers is a must. We’re interested in your creative writing ability within the financial space, and your potential to disrupt the industry, while contributing ideas and growing within the role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop disruptive creative ideas, in partnership with a designer, across all platforms, including website, email, and social, ensuring that it’s appropriate for the channel and in line with the companies Invest brand, tone of voice guidelines, and style guide
- Work collaboratively as part of project teams to create, coordinate, and review copy and ensure it works well with the design
- Provide regular progress reports to all stakeholders, and clearly identify priorities and delivery timescales
- Help to own the companies invest tone of voice and personality
- Upload new or update existing content, and create and edit web pages, using our bespoke content management system
- Work closely with marketing and digital teams to ensure best practice is followed
- Ensure all copy is in line with regulatory guidelines and appropriately approved by the compliance team in a timely manner
Essential criteria:
- Copywriting and content-editing experience
- A proactive attitude and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- A proven ability to write engaging copy
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent proof-reading and communication skills
- The ability to prioritise work and work well under pressure
Desirable criteria:
- Familiarity with content management systems
- Experience and knowledge in investing
- Knowledge and interest in finance
- Interest in data and analytics

- Experience working in an internal creative or marketing team
