Purpose of the role: You will be responsible for developing the marketing plan for new and existing products, for both retail and institutional audiences and supporting the team to deliver engaging and effective marketing campaigns.
Own the marketing strategy in line with business objectives, working closely with the Head of Product and Head of Sales
Develop a keen understanding of the investment strategies (energy & infrastructure, development capital, property finance and healthcare) working closely with the product specialists
Prioritisation of all marketing activities and allocation and management of budget based on ROI
Support the team in developing timely and relevant marketing and sales collateral and content for both existing and prospective clients
Review and approve financial promotions materials
Oversight of campaigns ensuring compliance and timely delivery with high quality output
Monthly reporting on key deliverables and results
Act as the brand guardian, ensuring all communications created are to a high standard and fall within the brand guidelines
Manage 1-2 direct reports
- Highly organised with experience working in an environment with competition for resources and tight deadline
- Experience in the UK Investment market, ideally both retail and institutional
- Customer-focused, able to draw out USPs and use storytelling to increase interest and engagement in our product offering
- Communications experience, comfortable reviewing all types of financial documents for accuracy and tone
- Familiarity with FCA regulations and understanding of the importance of compliance – you should be confident signing off financial promotions
