Purpose of the role: They are looking for a well-rounded performance marketer who is interested in the financial markets to help manage our biddable multichannel campaigns. Get the opportunity to work in a very fast paced and dynamic environment where you get the responsibility to experiment and drive incremental gains. The junior performance marketer will support the execution of paid search and supporting multichannel campaigns across Europe, including planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting.
Key responsibilities:
- Optimize existing Paid Search campaigns and creating new ones complying with Google’s most up to date best practices
- Create and optimize prospecting and remarketing display campaigns across GDN, Paid Social, programmatic, UAC and ASA and other display networks
- Analyze performance data and provide intelligent synthesis, interpretation and appropriate action plans based on conclusions
- Understand the user journey and apply sales attribution models, using Google Search Ads, DV360, Google Analytics and other tools within and without Google Marketing Platform
- Communicate with stakeholders on campaigns, including performance reporting, progress updates and optimisation activities.
- Coordinate with other channels to make sure messaging is aligned
Key Skills:
- Completed BS degree preferably in mathematics, economics, engineering, analytics
- 1+ years of experience in biddable marketing managing sizeable budgets
- Experience with the following is essential; Google Analytics, Google Ads
- Experience in segmenting audiences and launching campaigns in GDN, LinkedIn and other online marketing platforms
- Proven track record of channel ownership and driving growth in channel performance
- Demonstrable experience in managing all aspects of search marketing including regular reporting, collaborative strategic planning, and performance management
- Advanced analytical and Excel skills
- A strong disposition for data-driven decision making
