As part of a high-performing EMEA Executive Marketing team, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering premium, high-impact executive engagements for C-level audiences across the region.

Role overview:

You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, stakeholder engagement, and flawless execution - creating experiences that directly influence senior relationships, commercial outcomes, and long-term partnerships.

From exclusive executive roundtables to global industry events and bespoke hosted experiences, you’ll ensure every interaction is intentional, high-quality, and commercially aligned.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-touch executive experiences for C-suite and senior stakeholders across EMEA.
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution across flagship events, industry conferences, and bespoke engagements
  • Partner closely with senior leadership, sales, and marketing teams to align on objectives and prepare executives for impactful participation
  • Translate business priorities into compelling, insight-led experiences with clear narrative and purpose
  • Build and scale repeatable frameworks for executive engagement across markets
  • Own project delivery — timelines, budgets, quality, and execution
  • Manage agencies and external partners, ensuring best-in-class delivery across production, logistics, and on-site experience
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across multiple regions and teams
  • Track and report on engagement performance, ROI, and continuous improvement opportunities

Criteria:

  • Proven experience delivering executive or high-value customer engagement programmes
  • Background in technology, SaaS, or digital environments is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of how to engage and influence senior stakeholders (C-level / C-1)
  • Exceptional project and programme management skills — able to juggle multiple high-priority initiatives
  • Confidence operating in senior environments, with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience managing agencies and complex, multi-market programmes
  • Commercial mindset — able to define and track KPIs and business impact
  • Comfortable working across EMEA markets
