Alongside recruitment, our Outsourcing and Consultancy teams support organisations with programmes that solve real commercial and operational challenges, which means marketing plays a visible role in how we grow and how we show up in the market. This role sits within the EMEA Outsourcing marketing team, working closely with growth and sales.

You will have the opportunity to help shape and deliver campaigns that reach the right decision-makers and support pipeline goals. You will also work with a central digital team, so you can lean on specialist support while keeping pace and ownership in the day-to-day.

What you will have the opportunity to do

  • Help plan and deliver B2B campaigns across LinkedIn, supported by email and nurture activity

  • Contribute to audience research, messaging, and creative testing to improve campaign performance

  • Partner with the central digital team on tooling and campaign execution, with a chance to build confidence across marketing technology over time

  • Track results, share insights, and support reporting that helps the team make decisions

  • Support wider marketing activity, including event promotion where it connects to campaign goals

What tends to work well in this role

  • Around 2+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, with exposure to lead generation and campaign delivery

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn campaigns, including paid, plus an interest in learning what drives performance

  • Comfort working with digital tools and platforms, even if you do not describe yourself as a specialist

  • A collaborative style and the confidence to work with stakeholders in marketing, sales, and growth

  • A practical, organised approach and a personable way of working in a close-knit team
