Digital Marketing Lead Opportunity within a Global Asset Management Firm

I am looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Lead to join a dynamic and growing team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital strategies. This role involves working with various specialist agencies and other marketing team members, focusing on acquisition and covering the full spectrum of digital marketing, including PPC, SEO, Social, and Email.

Their pipeline is looking very promising, making it the perfect time to join. A unique business in the market, offering a complete holistic solution that includes market due diligence, product creation, listing, sales, and marketing functions to help distribute and grow company offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver an acquisition strategy across all digital channels, including PPC, Paid Social, SEO, and Programmatic campaigns.
  • Grow and manage paid and organic social channels like LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.
  • Establish relationships with Investment Platforms to drive Affiliate Marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of digital campaigns, including marketing automation and ABM.
  • Identify the right moments to intercept the target demographic and deliver the correct message to convert them.
  • Manage relationships with 3rd party media providers and content distributors to deliver advertising and content campaigns.
  • Work with agencies to implement PPC and SEO strategies.
  • Collaborate with the CRM Specialist to develop marketing dashboards and produce marketing analytics reports.
  • Oversee the production, translation, and distribution of digital marketing documentation and content.
  • Produce digital advertising copy and creative.
  • Manage digital service provider relationships.
  • Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Participate in all aspects of the marketing mix and other company requirements as needed.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • 4-6 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Experience with Google dashboard.
  • Experience managing and reviewing PPC campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CRM and CMS platforms is preferable but not necessary.
  • Experience delivering multi-media, multi-channel digital campaigns.
  • Knowledge of HTML, website design, or website creation is a bonus but not required.
  • Confident user of main social platforms – LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Instagram.
  • Demonstrable ability to create campaigns that increase traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • French, Italian, or German language skills are a bonus.
