Contract: Full time permanent

A fast-growing UK consumer brand is looking for a Graphic Designer to support the development and production of packaging artwork across its expanding product range.

This is a great opportunity to join a profitable, scaling business in the consumer products space that has grown from £25M to £60M in revenue and is now entering its next phase of expansion.

The company has built a strong reputation with UK consumers and is stocked by major national retailers including Argos, John Lewis and Currys, alongside a growing direct-to-consumer ecommerce channel.

With new private investment secured, the business is now investing heavily in brand, product development and international expansion. The plan is to triple revenue over the coming years, launching into new European markets and expanding the product portfolio.

This role will play a key part in supporting that growth, ensuring packaging artwork is accurate, compliant and scalable across multiple markets and product lines.

Role Overview:

Working closely with the Creative Team, you’ll be responsible for producing and maintaining packaging artwork across the product portfolio, ensuring everything is print-ready, consistent and aligned with brand guidelines.

This role will involve working closely with factories, printers and internal teams to ensure packaging artwork is delivered accurately and efficiently across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing print-ready packaging artwork across multiple SKUs
  • Managing packaging versioning and localisation across markets (UK / EU / SA)
  • Applying regulatory updates including symbols, statements and certifications
  • Preparing artwork files for printers and manufacturers
  • Maintaining consistency across packaging ranges and product lines
  • Working with factories on packaging materials and sustainable design considerations
  • Archiving and documenting final artwork correctly
  • Supporting creative discussions around packaging updates and design improvements
  • Supporting the Creative Team with tradeshow artwork when required
  • Assisting with digital artwork where needed

Candidate Criteria:

This role would suit a Graphic Designer with strong print production experience, ideally with exposure to packaging design and artwork production.

  • 3+ years’ experience in print design and production
  • Experience taking packaging artwork through to print across multiple variants
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Working knowledge of Figma
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control when preparing artwork
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines

Just as important is attitude – someone who is organised, collaborative and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage artwork production across multiple SKUs and markets.

Why Join?

  • Join a profitable, high-growth consumer brand
  • Be part of a business targeting £150–200M revenue in the coming years
  • Work across a growing product portfolio with international expansion
  • Small, collaborative team environment
  • Opportunity to take ownership of packaging artwork across the product range

Benefits

  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Birthday off
  • 1 paid volunteering day per year
  • Flexible working hours
  • Hybrid working (2 days in the office)
  • Pension scheme
  • Monthly office lunches
  • Monthly team socials
