Integrated Marketing Manager
We’re partnering with a high-growth consumer fintech brand backed by a major global tech group. The business is building one of the UK’s most trusted alternatives in the financial services space — and as they prepare for regulatory change and continued growth, they’re seeking a hands-on campaign marketing lead to join their UK marketing team.
What you'll be doing:

Own and deliver through-the-line consumer campaigns — from insight and concept to go-live and reporting

Work directly with media and creative agency partners to shape and evolve campaign strategy and execution

Brief and collaborate with the brand’s internal creative studio, ensuring routes are aligned to brand tone and data-driven insight

Pull and interpret marketing analytics and brand tracking to influence messaging, segmentation and media mix

Partner cross-functionally with legal, data, product and comms teams to align campaign delivery within a regulated framework

Stay agile — jump on reactive media opportunities and drive creative ideas to execution
We’re looking for someone who:

Has at least 75% B2C experience across their marketing career — particularly within brand-led, consumer-first environments

Has managed agencies directly, knows how to write tight briefs, and can give clear, constructive feedback

Has experience delivering ATL campaigns — including OOH, Radio, Social and Broadcast

Is comfortable working in flat structures and smaller teams — you won’t be handed a perfect brief; you’ll be expected to help shape it

Is naturally proactive — someone who can hustle, influence and make things happen, not just wait for direction
Bonus if you have:

A POV on AI in marketing or have helped bring innovation to brand channels

Experience in regulated categories (e.g. fintech, FS, energy, healthcare)

A track record of delivering campaigns that culturally resonate with Millennial and Gen Z audiences
