What you'll do:

As Team Supervisor you will play an essential role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the mixing department, ensuring that production runs smoothly from start to finish by coordinating team members’ activities, monitoring output against targets, and upholding rigorous quality standards. • Experience implementing or supporting health and safety protocols in an industrial setting; knowledge of risk assessment principles is particularly beneficial.
• Competence using business systems such as SAP or similar software for managing production records and documentation efficiently.
• A considerate approach when inducting new employees or sharing information about workplace hazards so that everyone feels supported from day one.
