Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + benefits

Robert Walters is partnering with a leading UK-based organisation operating within the medical devices sector to appoint an experienced Quality Manager.
The Role
This is a senior quality role responsible for overseeing and continually improving an integrated Quality Management System. The successful candidate will ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory standards, accreditations, and internal procedures while promoting a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the integrated QMS in line with ISO standards
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements
- Lead internal and external audits, including corrective and preventive actions
- Oversee risk management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activity
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to stakeholders across the organisation
About You
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001 (ISO 27001 desirable)
- Proven experience in quality management, ideally within a regulated or medical device environment
- Confident in auditing, risk management, and problem-solving methodologies
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
